We are seeking an Industrial Janitor for the 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight. There is occasional overtime on weekends. The position may require training on the first shift.


This job is direct hire. The hourly wage is $16.00 per hour. Overtime is paid at time and half after working more than 40 hours in a work week. After working two full calendar months, our employees are eligible for a full benefits package including paid time off, vacation, medical (Kaiser), 401K, etc.

Responsibilities include:
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, stretch, squat, crawl, use hands to move, reach, carry and lift and heavy objects such as furniture, cabinets and equipment.
• Ability to work in small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfaces.
• Lifts and carries cleaning equipment, cleaning trays and cases of supplies to service the area.
• Clean and sanitize common surfaces including doors, door frames, around light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Clean, sanitize, polish and maintain employee offices, closets and breakrooms including refrigerator, microwave and cabinets.
• Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms including fixtures, toilets, urinals and sinks.
• Maintain the cleaning standards for the manufacturing plant including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming cleaning and polishing around machinery.
• Maintain the clean room standards in the manufacturing plant.
• Dusts walls, wood work, light fixtures, ceiling and ventilation louvers.
• Dust all picture frames, charts, graphs, and similar wall hangings.
• Prepares cleaning solutions to include mixing water and detergents in containers in a safe manner and in accordance to chemical specifications.
• Clean floors by sweeping, moping, shampooing, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• May perform hard-surface floor scrubbing, stripping and refinishing, as well as carpet spotting and extraction, which require the use of mechanical equipment.

• May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, blinds, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• Change lightbulbs, empty trashcans, dust walls, wood work, vents, light fixtures and ceiling.
• Empty and clean wipe trashcans and exterior ash trays. Remove and dispose of trash to designated areas.
• Checks inventory to ensure there is an adequate supply of items needed to clean area.
• Prepares requisitions for cleaning supplies and equipment needed for cleaning.
• Uses power tools/equipment to clean facility.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

The individual in this position will inspect, modify, and contribute to the initial development of producing flex circuits, rigid flex and rigid printed circuit boards based upon customer requirements and data files. It is imperative that all specifications for new and repeat PCB orders are adequately created and inspected to ensure customer requirements are adequate for production from all team members. Verify and modify design specifications through the use of company defined checklists, timelines and policies and ensuring accurate tools are being produced. Will work closely with customers, process engineers, sales teams, production teams and plant manager to ensure specific requirements of customers will be accurately met. An employee at this level does not supervise others, but may lead and provide technical support to its peers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Use CAM tools to perform design rule analysis of printed circuit boards (rigid, rigid flex, flex circuits)
• Run DRC upon receipt of traveler from Planning Department to inspect discrepancies between customer specifications and PCB design image for production
• Report discrepancies to Planning Department communicating deviations
• Modify design data to ensure customer design requirements are met
• Modify various aspects of PCB image such as line widths, pad sizes, data codes, etch comp and annular ring to ensure compliance with engineering standards
• Create computer files to panelize data, drill/rout files and output data
• Create array drawings to complete PCB layout
• Accurately complete DFM paperwork
• Verify all design and special notes are implemented on traveler
• Resolve any and all design issues immediately as they arise
• Communicate with process engineering, plant manager, sales team and customers regarding any and all specifications or issues which arise
• Complete all internal department documentation accurately

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
• Previous flex circuit/rigid flex experience is required
• Proficient knowledge of CAM 350
• Strong application and working knowledge of PCB features with proficiency with CAM in preparing computer files for manufacturing tooling
• Ability to interpret IPC and customer supplied specifications
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job

Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 10 to 15 years of experience with flex circuits and rigid flex CAM within the PCB industry

Inspection of flex circuits and rigid flex printed circuits boards. Inspectors are responsible to verify prior to shipping that the product meets customer requirements. Under close to minimum supervision, depending on assigned job level and skill capability, the inspector by applying one or more inspection skills will be able to process printed circuit boards through final inspection per the designated inspection and quality procedures. Inspect products thoroughly to identify major and minor defects. Inspection skills are: visual (including final and source inspection), first article reports, and package audits and checklists.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process panels per Quality Assurance Procedure including:
• Inspect product in-process and/or final inspection to meet quality standards
• Identify product defects and make pass/fail decisions based on established procedures and standards
• Identify nonconformances in completed products prior to shipment
• Perform dimension, hole size and thickness inspection on incoming products
• Perform rework operations including circuit touch-up to the customer specs and requirements including cleaning flex, opening flex windows and applying Eccobond
• Completion of travelers and required customer reports. Create proper certification for outgoing products
• Complete First Article dimension report, documenting all dimensions, hole sizes, and thickness per customer blueprint, including documenting actual values as measurements are taken
• Prepare products and documentation for source inspection. Assist source inspectors, if necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with shipping, if necessary
• Monitor department to insure uniform and constant flow of work through all stages
• Follow all preventive maintenance schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing highly detailed work

• Experience in usage of microscopes and basic inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers and pin gauges

We are seeking a Front-End Engineering Manager for our facility. The job schedule is generally Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. There will be occasional overtime as business needs dictate.

The Front-End Engineering Manager oversees the CAM, Programming/Production Engineering (planning) and quoting departments. This position interfaces with IT, Plant Manager, Process Engineers, Sales Representatives and Customers to ensure efficiency and quality of job orders.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the review and analyzation of customer design data and artwork to specify and manipulate circuit board designs using close attention to specifications, tolerances, panel layout, process capabilities and IPC standards/specifications
• Recommend and implement solutions for customer designs that consider customer needs, production requirements and financial impact
• Meet and present alternative capabilities to customers regarding any technical difficulties
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation to include work instructions and procedures
• Maintain capabilities matrix to assist the Front-End departments in planning/tooling job orders

• Supervise up to 20 employees in daily job tasks while providing training, performance feedback and conflict resolution

The Process Engineer is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of chemical and/or mechanical processes used to produce rigid, rigid flex and flex printed circuit boards. This includes engineering of processes developed by suppliers, installation of these processes and/or equipment, establishment of operating conditions to produce product, daily monitoring of process conditions and performing failure mode effect analysis to determine failure points of the process.

While working mostly days, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm flexibility is needed for working after hours and occasionally on weekends as business demands dictate. Relocation assistance is available. The Production Technician at Innovative Circuits performs job tasks and duties that contribute to the manufacturing of rigid and flex printed circuit boards. The Production Technician is assigned to follow a set of specific customer requirements designed by our engineering department in the production of circuit boards.

We are seeking Production Technicians and Machine Technicians for all shifts:

• 1st: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-3:45pm

• 2nd: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight

• 3rd: Monday-Saturday, 11:30pm-7:30am

All positions require training on the first shift. The first shift pays $15.00 per hour, the second and third shifts pay $16.00 per hour. Additional compensation will be considered commensurate with experience. All positions are direct hire. There is occasional overtime that is paid at time and half after working 40 hours in a work week.

No prior circuit board shop experience is required.
