The Lay-up Production Technician at Innovative Circuits performs job tasks and duties that contribute to the manufacturing of rigid and flex printed circuit boards. Our technicians are assigned to follow a set of specific customer requirements designed by our engineering department in the production of circuit boards.
The shift available is:The starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be available commensurate with experience. All positions are direct hire. Most positions require training on the first shift for 3-6 weeks. There is occasional overtime on Saturdays paid at time and half after working 40 hours in a work week. Due to industry requirements no cell phones are allowed on our production floor.
Benefits eligibility is earned upon completion of two full calendar months of employment. The employee is eligible for our benefits package including medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental, vision, paid time off, 401K, etc.
No prior circuit board shop experience is required. If you can follow directions, do basic math computations, work with attention to detail while maintaining a sense of urgency, speak and write English the company will provide training, guidance and support while you hone your skills in this specialized field and build your career.
