With an unparalleled 41 years in the semiconductor industry, John has led global organizations across the Asian and American markets, consistently breaking barriers and driving innovation within the industry. His expertise spans advanced materials, PCB fabrication, and cutting-edge thermal management solutions, making him a transformational leader for Innovative Circuits.

John is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a recognized industry pioneer. His contributions have reshaped industry standards, particularly in the refinement of resin composites, circuit board design, and thermal management. Some of his key technical achievements include:

• Advanced Resin Formulations:
     - Developed low-loss, polyimide, and ultra-low-loss chemically modified resins still widely used today.
     - Pioneered a closed-cell resin structure achieving a dielectric constant of <1.4 and a dissipation factor of <0.0004, significantly enhancing military radar and MIMO array        applications.
     - Designed stack-ups for heavy copper PCB fabrication (up to 8 oz Polyimide) to improve encapsulation and durability under external forces.
