We are seeking an Industrial Janitor for the 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight. There is occasional overtime on weekends. The position may require training on the first shift.

This job is direct hire. The hourly wage is $21.00 per hour. Overtime is paid at time and half after working more than 40 hours in a work week. After working two full calendar months, our employees are eligible for a full benefits package including paid time off, vacation, medical (Kaiser), 401K, etc.

Experience required:

Responsibilities include:
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, stretch, squat, crawl, use hands to move, reach, carry and lift and heavy objects such as furniture, cabinets and equipment.
• Ability to work in small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfaces.
• Lifts and carries cleaning equipment, cleaning trays and cases of supplies to service the area.
• Clean and sanitize common surfaces including doors, door frames, around light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Clean, sanitize, polish and maintain employee offices, closets and breakrooms including refrigerator, microwave and cabinets.
• Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms including fixtures, toilets, urinals and sinks.
• Maintain the cleaning standards for the manufacturing plant including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming cleaning and polishing around machinery.
• Maintain the clean room standards in the manufacturing plant.
• Dusts walls, wood work, light fixtures, ceiling and ventilation louvers.
• Dust all picture frames, charts, graphs, and similar wall hangings.
• Prepares cleaning solutions to include mixing water and detergents in containers in a safe manner and in accordance to chemical specifications.
• Clean floors by sweeping, moping, shampooing, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• May perform hard-surface floor scrubbing, stripping and refinishing, as well as carpet spotting and extraction, which require the use of mechanical equipment.
• May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, blinds, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• Change lightbulbs, empty trashcans, dust walls, wood work, vents, light fixtures and ceiling.
• Empty and clean wipe trashcans and exterior ash trays. Remove and dispose of trash to designated areas.
• Checks inventory to ensure there is an adequate supply of items needed to clean area.
• Prepares requisitions for cleaning supplies and equipment needed for cleaning.
• Uses power tools/equipment to clean facility.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

The Quality Inspection Tech will process and test flex and rigid flex printed circuits boards to identify minor and major defects ensuring our products meet customer requirements. Inspection skills are: visual (including final and source inspection), first article reports, audits and checklists.

The company is located at 1095 Windward Ridge Parkway, Suite 110, Alpharetta. Our Quality Inspection Technician job is direct hire for:
• 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight

This position requires training on the 1st shift Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:45pm for approximately three to four months. There will be overtime occasionally before or after the shift or on Saturday.

The hourly wage is $21-23 per hour and additional compensation is available commensurate with experience. Overtime is paid at time and a half after working 40 hours in a work week. After working two full calendar months, the employee earns Anthem Medical, Blue View Vision, dental, paid time off, 401K, etc. Previous quality inspection experience is preferred. The Inspector will complete final quality work on flex, rigid and rigid flex printed circuit boards including identifying major and minor defects.

Job Duties
• Process panels per Quality Assurance Procedure
• Inspect product in-process and/or final inspection to meet quality standards
• Identify product defects, nonconformances and make pass/fail decisions
• Perform dimension, hole size and thickness inspection on incoming products
• Perform rework operations including circuit touch-up to the customer specs and requirements including cleaning flex, opening flex windows and applying Eccobond
• Completion of travelers and required customer reports
• Create proper certification for outgoing products
• Complete First Article dimension report, documenting all dimensions, hole sizes, and thickness per customer blueprint, including documenting actual values as measurements are taken
• Prepare products and documentation for source inspection
• Monitor department to insure uniform and constant flow of work through all stages
• Assist with preparing outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing highly detailed work
• Ability to produce quality work under pressure
• Ability to use microscopes and basic inspection tools, including calipers, pin gauges and micrometers
• Ability to complete required written reports and documentation accurately
• Communication skills, ability to interface positively with co-workers
• Understand and follow all safety procedures
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to communicate verbally and write in English
• PCB experience preferred
• Previous quality inspection experience or electronic assembly

The Production Technician and Machine Operators at Innovative Circuits perform job tasks and duties that contribute to the manufacturing of rigid and flex printed circuit boards. Our technicians are assigned to follow a set of specific customer requirements designed by our engineering department in the production of circuit boards.

Our manufacturing facility is located at: 1095 Windward Ridge Parkway, Alpharetta, 30005. We are seeking Production and Machine Technicians for all shifts:
• 1st: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-3:45pm
• 2nd: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight
• 3rd: Tuesday-Saturday, 11:30pm-7:30am

Some jobs require training on the 1st shift. We offer competitive pay with a 2nd and 3rd Shift differential. There is occasional overtime that is paid at time and half after working 40 hours in a work week. All positions are direct hire.

No prior circuit board shop experience is required.
